Don't be afraid of winter, it is a friend to us

All seasons in nature have their own special significance, but it seems that winter or cold is extremely necessary for living beings. From an external perspective, people try to avoid cold, but this is only an illusion. They try to avoid cold by considering it dangerous, staying in closed rooms, covering their hands, mouth, and ears well, and wearing socks and heavy shoes on their feet. They shy away from going out, thinking that getting cold may cause headache, pneumonia, cough, or cold. Such illusions about cold are baseless and should be removed from the mentality.

Nature's purpose is that the human body should be prepared to face the different seasons of winter, summer and rain. Cold air brings a feeling of freshness to the human body. The mild breeze of winter morning is a kind of Sanjivani for the human body. If we ignore it, then it is like making the body lifeless. This cold air brightens the complexion of the body and even the weak lungs become strong. The motivation to work increases. The laziness that surrounds us in summer is eliminated by the effect of this winter, due to which we can work with more energy. Many famous writers and authors create their wonderful creations under the influence of winter. The rays of the sun are filled with a wonderful glow, new inspiration awakens in the mind and nature inspires us to write.

In winter people often cover themselves with heavy clothes, due to which the body does not get enough air, which is not proper. One should get used to keeping the body open and tolerating cold. Wrong eating habits and lifestyle against nature cause many serious diseases. Winter sun has important chemical effects, in which many vitamins are present. Sunbathing is equally beneficial for children, old people and young people. Therefore, except for the cold morning air, we should wear light and thin clothes by abandoning heavy shoes and thick clothes at rest of the time. It is hoped that the fear of cold will go away from the minds of people and they will understand its importance.
